But be sure to check the label for the right dosage. If these will not also work, go and see the doctor immediately.

Furthermore, you should not also have a very soft mattress and check the springs once in a while because the might have been broken. Better use a firm one as this will not be hurting your spine. You can also have some exercise that can strengthen the muscles in the neck.
