4- If you are not following a diet plan and just trying to reduce weight by reducing the intake of calories. Here are a few things that you need to focus upon:
a. Do not stop using carbohydrates at once rather do it gradually.
b. You must eat healthy food. You are not supposed to change your eating habits rather change your food.
c. Say goodbye to junk food. It is your worst enemy.
