Love handles, the unsightly squidgy rolls many of us just can't lose on the outside of your mid section. I hatepeeking in the bathroom mirror and feeling the excess fat through my clothes. Yes you are able to wear clothes to flatteryour body perhaps would be better to dissolve ones shape?
The fact is, even if you should have a healthy weight you may still have additional fat on your hips which refuses to move. If you really want to combat it you really must look at a number of regimes which would reduce the excess and also tighten your hips.
This means a mix of both excertive and strengthening exercises which for many people is a worst nightmare. It shoudln't have to be so though.
jogging is cardio so even taking a 15 minute walk 2 times per week is more beneficial than standing around procrastinating about it. Look at it this way, the time you have been searching and finding articles on weight loss you could have done heaps of exercise I'm sure!
So if we strip it back down to the basics, we need to move more and allow time for spot toning. Personally, I regularly do my exercises on the floor while I am watching television which means even if you are a television addict, you really have no reason not to exercises! Look at it this way what's more important for you, watching telly or feeling happy and full of life and being able to smile and be proud.
This in one of my favourite moves, a side stretch. This exercise works your obliques, the muscles found on the sides of your abdomen, but also gives you a lovely sense of relaxing. It is very easy to do.
With your feet 10 inches apart and rest your hands on the hips. Lean to your side without allowing your body to twist. Think about sucking your tummy towards the spine while you do this and it will heighten the movement. Lean as far as you can comfortably, go back to beginning then do it again 15 times on first side before continuing with it all over on the second side.
